Water damage recovery typically takes around 1 hour for the initial assessment and cleaning. If the damage is extensive, our technicians will inform you beforehand.

For water damage, our first priority is to assess and clean the original boards and components where practical. If a component like the screen is beyond saving, any replacement part is selected to match the repair option confirmed in your quote before the repair begins.

Water damage recovery starts from $50 for the intensive cleaning and drying process. If additional parts like a screen or battery are needed, we will provide a comprehensive quote after the internal assessment. If a diagnosed component is replaced and tested but does not resolve the fault, there is no charge. This also applies if added faults are found, or if the final price is higher than advised and you choose not to continue. For an unsuccessful repair, we do not charge for the repair attempt, a specially ordered part or a deposit already paid.

An inspection or disassembly fee can apply only when it is clearly disclosed and approved before work starts. Water damage often affects multiple areas simultaneously. We will test every function and give you a full report before you commit to any major part replacements.

Water Damage Repair normally involves cleaning contamination and may require component replacements. The service has no warranty. If the device later fails, neither the Water Damage Repair nor components fitted as part of that service are covered.
